Here's the remaining yankee platoon. I got some jeeps for a recon platoon but then I found out you can't actually field them without the troop stands so I got these guys to fill out my force.

Was Zum Teufel! I had these guys lying about for a long time unused. The thing is, most of the Battlefront infantry boxes come with some extra miniatures. What they don't come with is extra bases, so these guys were leftovers from my German Test Platoon. Until I just bought some extra bases...

Yippee, my British are done. These are all from The Assault Group in glorious 28mm. Pretty nice minis even though many of the rifle barrels came in pre-bent.

The armor is actually wrong, it should be in the same desert DPM pattern as pretty much everything else. I just wanted some contrast, these guys can get very boring to paint.

I thought about the color of the AT-4 launcher, but in all the pictures I could find it was olive. And it does bring some much needed contrast into the picture.

Magnets rule
I've started putting these new fangled neodymium magnets in all my bases. That's a single 8x1mm magnet in the middle of a 25mm washer. Yeah, and a bog standard regular steel lampshade.

The firetruck is a really crappy toy (it's not even painted, all the color including the windows is just stickers), but it was dirt cheap and roughly in the right scale. I can probably make something of this. The question is should I keep it as a fire truck, or build it into a regular truck? Maybe both...
