Sir Gary is a very very old figure from Portege minis, probably early to mid 80's.

The shield insignia is probably some knightly order or another, but that's completely unintentional. It was just a simple design to paint.

I think it was originally called Evil Knight or something similar. The equipment is definitely non-historical.

I do like the helmet visor though, it has a sort of Cthulhu vibe.

The horse is also pretty bland. Partly it's the caparison, partly I don't want it to take away attention from the knight and partly I just want to get it done fast. I more or less painted this whole thing in one night.
