I had these painted. I didn't pay much, which is just about the only positive thing I can say about the whole affair.

The painting is actually ok, but the seams were not cleaned. My real beef was with the process, though. A little bit more professionalism in the dealings would have secured steady business from me.

This is the freebie goblin that came with White Dwarf. I dipped it as an experiment to see how fast I could mass produce these little buggers.

I bought some prey for the warships. These are painted in more peacetime colors to get a little variety for the all-gray look.

I don't like the green skin thing. Yes, it could be a whole lot better. But not much faster. Estimate 10 minutes for the whole deal. I'll try a batch of 20 next and time the process.

Originally, I intended to label these based on gross tonnage, but that information proved hard to get for some ship models. These are actually liners but I labeled them as cargo anyway.
