Celts
Fortunately, I'm not quite as sick of these guys as I were of hoplites when I finished my Greek army.
Celts
The guy with the head is a PG version basically because I was too lazy to do blood effects. Besides, I'm too old for corny blood effects.
Celts
Still more celts.
Celts
The color balance turns yellow like this when there's not enough light (like when I'm blocking the lamps). I really shoud set up a studio.
Celts
The guy on the right is from a command pack, so I don't actually have multiples of him.
Celts
Shield up or shield down, that is the question...
Celts
More command staff.
Celts
And after all this, I might scrape together 1,000 points of basic barbarians... I don't envy the guys who do 3,000 point barbarian hordes.

Kryomek
I was very very uninspired about these miniatures.
Kryomek
That's black undercoat, then white on top with purple and red ink washes. Basically the same thing I did with my Palansi.
Kryomek
I just wanted these off my table... They really are rather nice minis, but for some reason they did not inspire me in the least.
Kryomek
These are basically black with heavy plum red drybrush.
Kryomek
More white with purple wash for the exposed bits.
Kryomek
The only inspired thing about these is that they're based with real coffee.

Rick Dom
This is a 1/200 HCM Pro model from Bandai.
Rick Dom
There is some minor assembly work, basically cutting the weapons off a sprue and snap-fitting them, but otherwise these come ready to play.
Rick Dom
It's really a tad too big for gaming (a little over 4 inches tall), and there's too much detail and removeable parts.

Paintjob is neat but basic. Done in plastic model style, it doesn't have any highlights or weathering.
Celts
Latest batch of brave celtic warrior straight off the painting desk.
Celts
Only one more batch of basic warriors, then it's just the nobles and chariots -- until I buy some cavalry, that is.
Celts
As usual, these are old Perry twins era Foundry celts.
Celts
I have too many musicians and standard bearers for WAB... I can see the need to paint even more celts around the corner.
