BTR-60. The soft plastic gun sucks, but I didn't bother to change it anyway.

Here are the two new BTR's.

Celts
More barbarian horde. These are the old Foundry Celts sculpted by the Perry twins.

Celts
Shield transfers are from VVV. They're rather good, actually.

Celts
Reverse colors. In a sense uniforms are easier to paint en masse.

Celts
Naked fanatics. These are very fun and quick to paint.

The shirtless guys.

WWII Russians
This set finishes my slightly short on riflemen platoon. Excellent 28mm BTD Russians, as always.

WWII Russian
DP gunner.

Rhinos
Two old style Rhinos. I was missing a few small parts, so I had to improvise with the other one.

Here the overhead view is actually useful. I wondered how to base these, but finally I decided not to.

WWII Russian
Brave sergeant leading the troops.

WWII Russian
Back view. These all sorta brown Russians are rather simple to paint.

Rhinos
The handrail is rather fragile, I guess I really should have left it off as most people seem to do.

WWII Russians
Maxim team.

WWII Russians
The sarge's back will be pelted with the empties, but that's nothing in the service of motherland. And communism.

WWII Russians
The gunner does not actually hold the grips, but fortunately that's not easy to see.

Rhino
This one was missing the bolters and two exhaust pipes. Luckily I had a spare storm bolter in an accessory sprue.

Rhino
If you look closely, you can see that the rear exhaust isn't an official part. I made it from a bit of sprue and some steel wire.

Rhino
Here's a closeup of the storm bolter. My accessory sprue was missing the loading tray, so I grabbed a 20mm flakvierling magazine from the bits box.
