They are from The Assault Group's Ultra Modern "Organized Criminal Gangs". It's a small range with essentially the same minis twice. Skimask guys are called "terrorists" and bareheaded ones are "mafia". They all have a heavy Russian bent to them. The suicide bomber is a freebie special from the same range. The gun barrels are a bit fragile, but otherwise they are pretty nice. Except oddly they all seem to be wearing American LC pistol belts... not a single star buckle in sight. CIA stooges perhaps?
