These are old Citadel figures they did to support the launch of the GW edition of Stormbringer. I curse myself for not buying more of these... well, the current elves are still somewhat in the style of the Melniboneans, but you just get anything like these Pan Tangians anymore. Actual Babylonians are close, but not quite the same thing.
